Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ace Quiz AI ("we", "us", or "our"), operated from Bangkok, Thailand. By accessing or using the Ace Quiz AI website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Ace Quiz AI is an educational technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to turn study materials you provide — documents, images, text, and YouTube videos — into personalized study tools, including quizzes, flashcards, summaries, mock exams, study plans, AI tutoring, and homework help, together with progress tracking and storage of your materials.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian where required by the law of your country.

Account creation

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service, either with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly at support@acequiz.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person

Accounts are personal to you. You may not share your account, sell or transfer it, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free-tier restrictions.

Ownership & license

You retain all ownership rights to the study materials you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service — including processing it with third-party AI providers to generate your requested outputs. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content you submit, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to it. You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights — including copyrighted textbooks, test banks, or videos you do not have the right to use.
• Contains sensitive personal information of others.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Contains malicious code or is inappropriate or offensive.

Academic integrity

The Service is designed as a study aid. You are responsible for using it in accordance with your educational institution's academic integrity policies, and you may not use it to facilitate academic dishonesty — for example, completing graded work you are required to do yourself or assisting cheating during an exam.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, answers, explanations, summaries, and tutoring responses. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It is provided for study purposes only and is not professional, academic, medical, legal, or other advice. You are responsible for verifying important information against authoritative sources before relying on it.

We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome, exam score, or admission result from using the Service. Readiness indicators, scores, and study-plan estimates are informational tools, not predictions or promises.

Service ownership

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by Ace Quiz AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers) or attempt to extract its underlying prompts, models, or data.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, usage limits, credit systems, or security measures.
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Plans and billing

We offer free and paid plans with different features, usage credits, and pricing. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access to paid features until then. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused credits expire as described in your plan and have no cash value.

Price and plan changes

We may change our prices or plan features from time to time. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance so you can cancel if you do not agree.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers (via OpenRouter), Stripe for payments, and Google for sign-in and analytics. It can also process third-party content you submit, such as YouTube videos — you are responsible for ensuring you may use that content for study purposes, and your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms (including YouTube's Terms of Service). We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACE QUIZ AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, 1,000 THAI BAHT). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ace Quiz AI from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, located in Bangkok. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ace Quiz AI regarding the Service.
